Product Design Lead (Student Project), Anglicare

June 2022 - July 2022

My role as the lead was to manage a multi-disciplined team of student designers to champion and conceive a website design and imagine the digital experience of the website for residents of Anglicare across their various locations. I was primarily responsible for managing a team of 5 UX designers, focusing on collaboration and effective communication to align the team to the task and deliver a working checkout prototype within a 6 week timeline consisting of multiple sprints.

Key Achievements: 

  • Project managed in conducting multiple client interviews to align on scope and timeline, which allowed us to set expectations and have a clear agreement on deliverables. 

  • Provided strong team leadership and direction to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

  • Navigating difficult conversations to align the entire UX student team to our common objective and to set clear expectations to client on deliverables.

  • Delivery of web-based portal redesign with the purpose to encourage interaction between residents and allow for booking, advertising and reservation of events digitally for elderly residents within the Anglicare ecosystem

Responsible for leading client interactions including interviewing, research, client liaison for project deliverables and setting the scope for the project. I was part of the team helping research and better understand monitoring and warning solutions for clients in the aged-care space for a medical AI startup.
